3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for NOWNa, our users, or others.
4. Content and intellectual property
NOWNa and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including its design, software, branding, and original content. News, videos, images, links, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
If you submit content, you retain ownership but grant NOWNa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights required to submit that content.
5. Third-party content and services
NOWNa may display or link to third-party websites, videos, advertisements, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but NOWNa is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that content is complete, accurate, continuously available, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Content is for general information and is not professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOWNa, NOW Corporation, and their affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the service when appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting rights you may have under mandatory local law.
